Is there a script to list the ms-Exch-Smtp-Max-Recipients Attribute for all users on the server level or the Exchange org. level.

I've been looking for a way to setup a single calender, accessable and updateable by all the members of a law firm, but controled by one, let call them a calender clerk and compltely sync-able with PPC version 2002 and 2003. How do I achieve this or is it totally imposible to do. I envision everyone looking at the same calender in real time and active-syncing for court cases and new dates gotten at the courts for returns and the like.
